The beach of Spalmatore has light-coloured sand and rock cliffs. Its waters are of a changing turquoise due to the plays of light created by the sun reflecting off the sea bed, contrasting wonderfully with the red of the rocks and the green of the typical vegetation of Mediterranean brush that crowns the beach.
