Cala Trabuccato is found to the north of the Island of Asinara and faces south. An Aragonese tower rises at Cala Trabuccato dominating an enchanting scene: a splendid sea and gentle rolling hills covered with Mediterranean shrub. Its seabed is filled with wonders, among which the Pinna Nobilis bivalve mollusc, which sometimes grows to more than a metre in length and holds the record for being the largest in the Mediterranean.
